The agricultural farm of Brothers Turi extends in a wide area of Terra d’Otranto where the love for land and the respect of traditions have constituted for centuries an indissoluble couple.

In this scenery is born a product of great value: the extra vergine olive oil of brothers Turi. Produced in a natural way, oil is obtained from the timely cold pressing of different olives varieties (f. e. Ogliarola leccese, Cellina of Nardò and Leccino), that are harvested by hand when the drupe becomes ripe.

The production process is continuous and the drupe pressing is made through a live stones muller. Then non filtered oil is bottled, so that it doesn’t loose its precious part and its optimal conservation is assured
