The farm Compagnia dell’Oro Mediterraneo s.r.l. is born in 1999 and is made up of partners who boast a ten-year experience in the olive sector. The farm’s aim is to strengthen and to improve the oil production and the product’s transformation systems. In 2000 the farm took over an oil mill and a large-sized agricultural farm.

Various carried out interventions had the aim to realize a plant that was in the van and that permitted to transform olives into oil, limiting the storage times of the raw material.
The technology adopted by the farm permits a natural treatment of olives; the kneading system in separated tanks permits to select olives, taking in consideration quality and genuineness.

The centrifugation system permits to extract oil at low temperature.
Trough the consortium Contrapos the farm intends to qualify its own product on the market, pointing out its qualitative characteristics to the most demanding operators who are also sensitive to natural and genuine values.
